Staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended restaurants, helped with taxis, and buses.
Areas for improvement:
The location is tricky, while it is in the city center it was hard to walk with older people (60+). The hotel was a bit old, our room (quadruple) was spacious, but other rooms (double) in our reservat...
